Semi-Private Sessions are 50-55 minutes of instruction with you and a partner on Pilates Mat and Apparatus. Rates are per person.

Location and Facilities
Trinity Pilates is located in Decatur, Georgia, near Agnes Scott College in the Oakhurst neighborhood. The studio is equipped with a Reformer and Tower combination unit, an EXO Chair, a Redcord trainer and mini, Pilates Arc Barrels, BOSU, Stability Ball, and plenty of foam rollers, smaller balls, and bands.

Heather will assess your needs and determine which setting is best for you (private session, semi-private session, group class), and personalize each session according to your goals and your needs each day.
Referrals to physical therapists and doctors are given when needed, and Heather will work closely with your medical team to make sure you are progressing and achieving your goals.
